The game can present an intricately detailed world full of surprises and secrets lurking in the shadows. Grounded follows the step of four normal human-sized youngs that have been shrunken to the size of an ant.
Suddenly, the normal world became a dangerous place where players must survive massive hostile inhabitants. Besides surviving, you must discover the mystery behind your shrunken.
Grounded allows you and up to three friends inside the same game in multiplayer Co-Op gameplay, but it can also be navigated solo. In Grounded, you will live alongside giant insects and need to learn how the insect life reacts to your presence.
Grounded has a handcrafted sandbox structure that allows players to create their own experience. You will be diving into this unique micro-world in a suburban backyard. There will be moments when you’ll thrive alongside the backyard life and moments where you will see yourself fighting it.
To guarantee to get to the next morning, you will need to use everyday objects found in the backyard to build epic bases and craft weapons for hostile creatures. As you complete missions, new areas will be open for you to explore. It also will bring new dangerous insects and increase the game’s difficulty.
You will also need the help of peaceful insects when looking for life-saving resources. Even though you can go solo, Grounded will surely be more fun with friends. When multiple players work together to build bases and to face the dangers of the yard, the game will surely be easier.
